Returns can be made within 14 days after items are purchased. After that return is no longer accepted on the FastParts platform.
Return process
- In order to get a refund, Buyer must create a return claim using their FastParts account.
- Buyer must indicate a suitable reason for return and add extra comments (if relevant).
- Available reasons for item return are: Item did not fit, Item is damaged, Wrong item, Item is not needed.
Fastaparts liability of accepting returns:
- After receiving items, Fastaparts and its affiliates must inspect them and respond to the refund request.
- Fastaparts and its affiliates may reserve the right to not accept electrical goods without prior explanation.
- Electrical items that may be unqualified for return are marked with "Non-refundable" in the item description.
